These terms govern your use of the Adore Fine Art website and any purchases made through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms in full. Adore Fine Art Ltd is registered in England & Wales and operates from 1 Allandale Road, Stoneygate, Leicester, LE2 2DA.

2. Products & Pricing

All artwork prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing and descriptions are accurate, but reserve the right to correct errors. Colours may vary slightly between screen displays and the physical artwork due to monitor calibration differences.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £150. Standard UK delivery typically takes 5-10 working days depending on the artwork. All items are professionally packed and fully insured during transit. International delivery is available on request — please contact us for a quote.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us before returning any item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Adore Fine Art Ltd or its artists and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adore Fine Art Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of artwork. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork in question.
